Unloading and sorting
The raw material used by Eurometal Recycling comes from:
- copper and/or aluminium wiring from communications, electrical installations, computers...
- other types of cables with metal contents.
- complex scrap, such as electronic circuits, scrap with non-ferrous metal contents and electrical motors.
Once the raw material is unloaded, it is sorted and classified into 1st, 1stB, 2nd qualities and other materials.
Processing
We use a totally mechanical , and therefore ecological, transformation process to manufacture our environmentally-friendly recycled products.
The only waste that is generated in this process is the plastic that is sent to our Plastic Treatment Plant to be recycled and transformed into raw material ready for its reuse.
Other types of waste, such as iron, are sold.
The products that Eurometal Recycling obtains are mainly copper and aluminium shotblast, with different granulometries. We specialise in special qualities and made-to-.order production.
